A New Journey

In December 2007, Dave Atkins (the National Director of Asia's Hope) came and spoke to the Vista congregation about the ministry of Asia's Hope and what might be Vista's involvement in the future. The congregation was asked to pray and consider what the next steps should be. Over the following few weeks, we came to the conclusion that we should move forward and commit to start and support another orphanage in Cambodia. In January 2008, we gave the 'thumbs up' and Dave began putting into motion the details that will forever change us as a congregation and the lives of the children in Cambodia.
