This was me during church today.
I couldn't stop smiling from seeing everyone and being a part of the Vista service. Of course, there were some tears as well as my heart is so touched by your love and support. Whenever I share with people over here about how I ended up here, I talk about you all and how you are just as invested in God's mission over here as I am - and how you are invested in me. What a blessing that is!!I love you all and thank you so much for the many ways that you are giving to me and, more importantly, to the kids. I couldn't do this without your many prayers and daily words of encouragement. And, without your generosity, the kids at the Vista orphanage would still be wondering where their next meal was coming from and who was going to love them and care for them. I can't wait until you get to meet our children for yourselves and experience their love as well. It will change your life forever. Who knows...maybe God is stirring in one of your hearts to come and join me:)

Jen, I'm crushed that I missed service today. I was serving in the nursery. But I heard wonderful things about it, and I witnessed many teary eyes leaving service - I understand that it was so moving and exciting to see you!

It was so amazing to see you today! I was moved! I cried! Parker was sitting with me and I was telling all about our friend Jen who was playing with other kids and loving them for Jesus! I have been praying for you and I just pray one day, I can go meet those beautiful children, just need wait until Parker is a bit older! Love to you!

SOOO sad I missed you this morning. Weekend hours at the hospital. Dave said it was so great to see you and he was touched by the way God is using your hands to love those children. We love you and thank you so much for being there!!!
