It is 2:40 AM EST, and Cristen and I (Jen) are sitting in the LAX lounge waiting for the rest of the team members to show up. There are 16 people in all traveling to Thailand with us. Five are students from Worthington Christian and 2 are teachers there. 3 are students from Mansfield Christian. So far, the trip has gone smoothly. You can pray that all of our luggage arrives in Chiang Mai. There was a little confusion here in LA with carry-on baggage. Our God is bigger than all of that though:)!
We will be taking off at 1:15 AM for the 14 hour flight over the ocean to Taipei, and then we will have another 5 hour flight to Chiang Mai, Thailand. We are so excited to see the children. We will have internet access regularly, so keep checking back for details, prayer requests, and photos.
Thanks for lifting us up. We can feel it!
