The countdown has begun! No, not the one for when I am leaving for a couple of months - although that's coming up soon as well. It's the countdown to when a team of people from my church arrives here in Phnom Penh! I love when anyone comes to visit, but I especially love when people I know there get to meet the kids I love here. I just enjoy watching the interactions and seeing others lose their hearts to these sweet children.
So, please be praying for my friends from Vista as they leave this afternoon and arrive here on Friday morning (which is Thursday evening your time). You can pray for me as well as I am trying to take care of a million details before leaving the country for two months. For family and friends of those coming, I will do my best to post photos and updates over the next week!

Have so much fun with the team!!! They are all so excited. I went to the airport to send them off---I told them to watch their carry-ons bc I may try to climb in. Not sure how that would have worked through security. Wish I could be there!! Have fun and hug the team for me when they get there---and of course...hugs and love for all the kids!!
Can't wait to see you when you get home!! I'll even treat you to a scoop of Jeni's Ice Cream--maybe I'll even scoop it with love for you myself!
